We are excited to announce that our project, 44 N Beacon, has been approved by the BPDA!
After a collaborative and fruitful process with the BPDA, city, and community – our project has been approved by the BPDA Board, allowing us to proceed with permit documentation. The 30 unit rental building will have dedicated unit decks, large windows for ample daylighting, and off-street parking.
