Located along Boston’s old “Auto-mile”, the original building on this site was one of the many commercial auto dealers and service shops that helped to fuel the area’s early auto industry. Preserving some of the architectural remnants of this local history, the old limestone façade is celebrated in the new design, serving as an entry portal to the new mixed-use development behind it.
The existing ground floor façade is split into two halves; the left side is the residential entry to 55 units with a common rooftop deck, and the right side provides a commercial storefront along a bustling avenue, directly across from an MBTA transit station.
