The lobby provides access to 9 stories of commercial offices and tenants which is located directly on Newbury Street. The objective of modernizing the lobby was achieved by lightening up the space with the use of venetian plaster, large coffers, and various types of light fixtures. The floor tile, green marble wainscotting, and brass fixtures were kept from the previous design which is complemented with the lighter tones. Construction is scheduled to be completed by March 2020.
