211 Green St is a mixed-use multifamily project in Jamaica Plain, Boston. Per ISA, "the mix of domestic and boxier shapes in the neighborhood context inspired the building's massing and produced novelty in the shape and location of program elements." The 49,000 square foot building incorporates retail, lobby, gym, and other ancillary residential use spaces along with 24 parking spaces at grade, and 45 units of rental housing on the 4 floors above. The project joins a recent surge of development bringing much needed housing stock to a rapidly transforming Jamaica Plain. In collaboration with Interface Studio Architects (ISA).
