A plan to revitalize a run-down corner-lot in the prominent Fort Hill area. This design was intended to
properly serve the neighborhood where unpermitted and dilapidated buildings once stood. We
maximized the space’s value by creating lively outdoor spaces and an interactive pedestrian-level
streetscape.
